FlowWagon designs and builds custom AI systems and automations for service businesses, and provides AI audits that assess where automation could save a business time and money. This website describes our services and lets you get in touch or book a call or audit.
Enquiries, audits, and quotes

- An AI audit provides our assessment and recommendations based on the information you share with us. It is informational and does not guarantee any particular outcome.
- Any quote we give is an estimate until confirmed in a written agreement. Paid work begins only once we've both agreed the scope, price, and terms in writing.

We bring genuine care and expertise to our work, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Any figures or estimates we share are illustrative, not promises.
Bookings
Calls and audits are scheduled through our third-party booking provider. Please arrive on time or let us know in advance if you need to reschedule.
Your responsibilities
If you engage us, you agree to provide accurate information and reasonable, timely access to the tools and details we need to do the work. Delays or inaccurate information may affect timelines, which are estimates rather than fixed commitments unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by FlowWagon Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of any systems or deliverables we build for clients is set out in your separate service agreement.

Our services often integrate with third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Make.com, Cal.com, messaging and calendar providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
