FlowWagon Ltd is a company in England and Wales. We are the "data controller" responsible for the personal information you provide to us.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our service:

• Contact details you give us — when you complete our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the content of your message.
• Booking information — when you book a call or audit, scheduling is handled through our third-party booking provider (Cal.com), which collects the details you enter to make the booking (such as your name, email, and chosen time).
• Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and performance. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How we use your information and our lawful basis

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the information or service you've asked for — our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
• Arrange and manage calls, audits, and any work you engage us for.
• Maintain the security and performance of our website.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to run our business. These act as our "data processors" and only handle your data to provide their service to us:

• Cal.com — for scheduling calls and audits.
• Web3Forms — for processing contact form submissions and delivering them to us by email.
• Cloudflare — for hosting and serving this website.
• [Email provider — e.g. Zoho Mail] — for sending and receiving email.
• [Python] — for routing enquiries and automations.

Each of these has its own privacy practices. We only share what is necessary, and we never pass your details to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact information only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet any legal or tax obligations.
